The Space:
Bedroom 1: The First bedroom is located on first floor with a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom is located on the first floor with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Washer and dryer included.

There is a second living space built for fun and relaxation suited with a foosball table.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
The property is a short drive to Ocean View Beaches, Downtown Norfolk, Norfolk Airport and Virginia Beach

Getting Around:
Guests are given 3 parking spots in the driveway (2 if they are larger vehicles).

All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Home away from home!

This house is so cozy! Everything was clean and described as expected. It’s very spacious, the pictures does not give it enough credit! Will definitely rent again!

Lacking

Water pressure was low. Stated there was service for 12 in regards to plates/utensils and a stern warning about items found to be missing in the post stay inventory. There were four forks, five spoons, four dinner knives. Supposedly there were to be six beach towels...didn't see any. Bath towels were pretty small. I think I had larger towels in basic military training. Pet friendly which is great. Back yard is fenced, but is in rough shape. We wouldn't leave a pet unmonitored due to the fence condition. Instructions for locking the door were incomplete. Had to call to get instructions. They put together what appears to be a snazzy guidebook for the unit. The guidebook seemed to be a boilerplate for multiple units and not entirely applicable to the unit we rented.

Very clean and comfortable home in a family friendly neighborhood.

Excellent renovation on inside and exterior of home with a great layout. Exterior was very private but not well maintained. Only gripe was the hot water was not; never was able to get it to a less-than-icy showers. Hope these owners can keep their cleaning company holding this great standard.
