Manoir le Cosquer

Beautiful 15th century manor house near the Brittany coast: Manoir Le Cosquer.
The entire manor is rented as one gîte and welcomes groups up to twenty people.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and living space. The kitchen also has a wood stove. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the dining room.

The outdoor area is 2.5 hectares, with grass, woodland and pond. Outside is also well equipped with tables, benches, chairs and a large BBQ on a wooden deck.

Pommerit-le-Vicomte is a beautiful village with a bakery, a small supermarket, flower shop, pharmacy, and a lotto/press/bar are at walking distance. A commercial area is about ten minutes by car, in Saint-Agathon.

The Côte du Goëlo and the Côte de Granit Rose are nearby. According to Tripadvisor the manor is a hidden gem.

Belle demeure au potentiel pas entièrement utilisé

Belle maison ( façade et certains éléments intérieurs, sols, poutres, cheminées, un des deux escaliers), aménagement intérieur pas toujours à la hauteur du côté historique. Le terrain est vaste, mais, n’étant pas clôturé, il n’est pas réellement privatif. Nous avons apprécié de trouver deux sapins de Noël et des décorations. Beaucoup de place, espaces communs spacieux, chaque chambre a sa salle d’eau/WC, excellente literie, bonne plomberie ( malgré un petit problème d’eau chaude ) Équipement de la cuisine malheureusement réduit au strict nécessaire ( peu de plats de service, pas de “Tupperware” , rien pour manger les crustacés, pas de boule à thé…) Le ménage (150€) est inclus dans le prix de la location . On aimerait que le bris ( presque inévitable ) d’une ou deux assiettes/verres plutôt ordinaires ne soit pas facturé ( pour une location de 3950€)

One été très bien acceuilli. On a pu très bien nous reposer à l'endroit. Le chateau est magnifique en plus :)

très agréable

malgré une météo peu favorable, nous avons profité d'un séjour très agréable dans ce manoir restauré avec goût et confort.
