In the attractive vacation home area Bratten you will find the vacation home not far from the beach, stores and a public playground. The comfortable furnishings include the cozy living room with fireplace, from which you can look into the pool room. The heat pump heats the pool water and ensures low electricity consumption, it is also environmentally friendly. The rooms are not heated with a heat pump. The house is bright and offers plenty of space for two families with its practical layout. A real staircase leads to the hem, which is especially suitable for children. The terrace faces west and is particularly suitable for relaxing. In addition, there is an in-house tennis court in the garden, which is covered with asphalt. By car it is not far to Frederikshavn and Skagen, where you can shop and stroll well and experience many beautiful things.
