Situated in the countryside, not far from the border between Brittany and Normandy, this stone and well-equipped country house benefits from a peaceful location. Stone walls and wooden beams emphasize the regional charm of the accommodation, which is nestled in a wooded landscape. There is a pleasant garden with a lawn at your disposal. This vacation home is ideal for a relaxing and eventful time.



Vergoncey and the surrounding area offer a wide range of leisure and activity options, including the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park and Geopark, the potters' village, the windmills in the Sée valley, the disused Mortain railroad line for walks, the Fosse Arthour, a deep ravine carved into the rocks, and flea and antique markets. The house is also a good starting point for trips to the coastal town of Mont-Saint-Michel with its famous monastery island, the Anglo-Norman islands or the famous beaches at Granville. You can also visit the town of Mortain, famous for its collegiate church, Cistercian monastery and cascades.

Super destination Normande au calme

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine courant juillet 2022 dans cette maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. La maison sur deux niveaux est très agréable et dispose de tout le confort et l espace requis avec 3 vraies chambres et 2 salles de bain. Les alentours en pleine campagne sont parfaits pour les ballades et les sous bois regorgent de vie. Nous recommandons cette très bonne adresse. Sachez également que certaines photos ne sont pas à jour sur le site, puisque certaines rénovations de pièces ont été réalisées, ce qui est très agréable à constater lorsque l on arrive sur place.
