Welcome to the "Clos de Josnes", a charming country house divided into three fully equipped and tastefully renovated independent dwellings. It is located in the Loire Valley in Josnes, just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Beaugency.
The estate is located 30 minutes by car from the famous castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny and 1 hour from the castles of Chenonceau and Amboise and the Beauval Zoo.


The houses:

The "Clos du Roi" (8 people).
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large open plan kitchen with fully equipped breakfast bar, including induction hob with a hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle and washing machine.

The large living room consists of a pleasant office space, a magnificent dining room with exposed beams open to the living room overlooked by a chandelier with a dining table.
The living room offers you a warm atmosphere around a fireplace with high ceilings where you can sit comfortably in your sofa or armchair. A large 138cm OLED TV is there to entertain you.

You will be able to access your private outdoor space directly from the bay window of the living room.
It includes a large dining garden table with parasol and a relaxation lounge, all fully flowered. A barbecue is also available, ideal for your outdoor meals.

On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a charming bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm, Bultex bedding), an antique dressing table and a large wardrobe.

Upstairs, on your right you will find a mezzanine bedroom with two large twin beds (100x200cm, Emma bedding) and a chest of drawers.
On your left, a pretty bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm, Bultex bedding), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a chaise longue.
A second bedroom is adjoining the latter, equipped with two large twin beds (100x200cm, Emma bedding), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a lounge area.

The "Clos de la Reine" (2/4 people) welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, decorated with care in a chic country spirit.

You will have a large living room composed of a living room open to the kitchen/dining room and giving direct access to your private terrace as well as a small office area.

The living room offers you a cocooning atmosphere around a superb wood stove where you can relax in front of a 138cm LED TV on your sofa (sofa bed 140×190cm) or your armchair.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
A dining area completes the room with a charming round wooden table with its industrial-style chairs and antique earthenware décor.

You will have direct access to your private terrace area from your dining room. You will have a dining garden table and a relaxation lounge. A barbecue will be at your disposal for your pleasant outdoor meals.

Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm, Bultex bedding), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a charming sitting area.
You will also have a bathroom with walk-in shower under the slope and toilets.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with difficulties climbing stairs (narrow and steep stairs).



The "Clos du Prince" (6 people)
House completely renovated in February 2026 offering a large living room, a lounge area (sofas and coffee table, connected TV) and a dining room with 2 large tables for all of you to meet for meals, an elegant fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, independent bathroom and 3 comfortable bedrooms for restful nights.

A terrace will welcome you for outdoor meals on sunny days with 2 large tables and charcoal bbq available.

Outside, you will discover our swimming pool area, where you can relax on the sunbeds, relax around garden furniture with parasols, or swing in hammocks and hanging armchairs. For other moments of relaxation, a small chalet furnished in the bohemian spirit is at your disposal, offering a lounge/reading area and a board games corner, while a table football offers you moments of friendly competition.


Other remarks
In the village of Josnes, you will find 200m from the property a bakery, a tobacconist, a supermarket, as well as a country restaurant.
10 minutes away, in Beaugency or Tavers you will find all shops: hypermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

"Le Clos de Josnes" is ideally located to enjoy many other activities nearby, such as scenic walks, refreshing swims, cruises on the Loire, thrilling go-kart sessions (10 min), escape games and many more.
