Completely renovated, the main villa is equipped with three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a television lounge, a large terrace with a beautiful living space for sharing good times.
Everything you need, everything is at your disposal to make you feel at home without missing anything at all, from the toaster to the oven, refrigerator and microwave.

An independent bungalow offers an additional air-conditioned bedroom, with its bathroom and small kitchenette, for a couple who would like more privacy.

Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, local cable TV, Housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen. If necessary, a washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance. For a stay of less than 8 days, we will not provide cleaning services.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

For the security of the property and of the tenants, the property has security cameras on the outside, but is not directed to spaces not permitted by law.
