A 7 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Playa Bonita. Our villa is built to receive families and couples.
It's our personal villa that we use on weekend.
This villa has more personal details
The price is based depending on space and bedrooms desired. You can rent from 2-10 people.
Please note that if you only rent one room, the other rooms will remain close.
We do not rent to multiple parties at one time.
Our more than 3,000 sq. ft interior space is decorated with the taste of the beach. All prices include internet wifi, cable, full kitchen, pool, 24/7 security,daily cleaning house,beach towel,barbecue etc...
Price is for one bedroom, it will go up if you need more bedrooms.

Cozy villa in private complex near beach

This is a cozy, clean 2 story villa with ample bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in a private complex with 3 other villas, including one occupied by the owner, yard and a pool. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of by the lady who comes in daily to clean, do laundry and cooking upon request. All concerns and requests were quickly addressed by the owner, who is super nice and attentive. The complex is within walking distance to the beach and all the seaside bars and restaurants, which was lovely. We had a very nice, laid back experience.

Feb 4th Overnight Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was clean and prices were great. Our only strong suggestion is mentioning on the listing that this villa is within Villa Mares. We spent a lot of time asking locals and nobody knew the villa name. Also- since we are from the US, phone signal was terrible and maps would not load properly. It was very confusing and frustrating because we had already drive over 3hours to reach Las Terrenas. Once we arrived and put that stress behind us, we were able to enjoy the space. We look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you.

Villa Mares

Fantastic large villa with swimming pool. We had the whole place to ourselves. Nice and cool AC. Very quiet, only could hear frogs chirping at night. Beautiful area of the island. We went to nearby El Limon waterfalls on horseback and swam, then spent the day at the beach. Big thumbs up!

villa arredata con gusto e pulizia sono le prime cose che saltano all'occhio. Sicuramente da consigliare. Nota dolente, la segnaletica poco visibile, la strada di accesso sterrata e piena di buche ed i cani che abbaiano di notte. Altro consiglio, visto che le spese di elettricità sono da pagare a parte, concordate preventivamente l'importo a kw, perchè ci sono sembrate alte senza un reale motivo visto che non si sono usati i condizionatori.

Excellent Place!!

The employee there is extremely friendly, they make us feel like a part of the family. Starting with the pool, the enviroment, nice area for BBQ, area for kids to play. Everything you look for a vacation can be found here. Located within minutes from the beach. The interior design of the house is modern with a perfect touch of beachfront that makes the stay even more amazing. When you visit this place you must ask for Mary and she will take care of you and your family. I definetly recomend this place. We are planing to go back soon.

The property is inside the land but close of the beach.
We are 5 to 7 minutes walking to the beach of Playa Bonita and enjoy walking in the morning. It's very quiet.
