Welcome to Rivergrass Dream, our inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Blue Mountain. Perfect for families, couples and friends, our home accommodates up to six guests and offers easy access to Blue Mountain Village, skiing, golf, restaurants and year-round outdoor adventures.

Your Home Away from Home
Enjoy two comfortable king bedrooms, plus two additional twin fold-out mattresses for extra sleeping space. Relax in the living room beside the fireplace, enjoy your favourite shows on one of three TVs, or step outside onto your private patio with outdoor dining, a gas BBQ and lovely natural surroundings.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and linens and towels. A Pack 'n Play is also available for families travelling with little ones.

Important Information Before Booking
Maximum occupancy: Six guests. The condo has two king beds and two additional twin fold-out mattresses. It is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.

No-party policy: Parties, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are prohibited. Confirmed party-policy violations may result in a CAD $600 charge, subject to the rental agreement, applicable law and booking-platform rules.

Noise monitoring: A privacy-friendly noise-decibel monitor is installed. It measures sound levels and their duration without recording audio, video or conversations.

Check-in: From 4 PM. Checkout: By 11 AM.

We had the most wonderful time here. The appt is absolutely fabulous. Spotless, spacious, stunning view of the golf course ,most comfortable beds, home from home, tvs in both bedrooms and main area. Its minutes walking away from BM Village which is stunning and buzzing. We got so much more than what we expected and felt it was excellent value for money and we will definitely be back. Thank you Daffney for all the communication before our visit. Travelling from Ireland we were very comfortable knowing everything was in order for our arrival. We stayed at Rivergrass Mountain Dream during the 24H Blue Mountain and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better — just a short 12‑minute walk to the main slopes and the village center. The property was clean, welcoming, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The bedding was fantastic, and the beautiful views over the park made our mornings extra memorable. Check‑in and check‑out instructions were very clear, making the whole experience seamless. Our stay was convenient, relaxing, and everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommended!

Amazing property

Stay here for 4 nights. Apartment had loads of space, clean and lovely views. Was less than a ten minute walk to village. Snow was removed off the steps and paths every day more than once. Could not fault this place or value for money. My only negative would be hairdryer was not very powerful.
