location inexistante, l'hôte a supprimé l'offre sans prévenir abritel

N'arrivant pas à joindre l'hôte par mail (5 textos au moins) nous avons téléphoné à abritel pour plus de renseignements (nom, adresse exacte , téléphone) . *Après avoir joint la personne ,il s'est avéré que cette location n'était plus sur le marché. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvé avec 6 personnes sans appartement ! Heureusement il y avait encore quelques chambres dans un hôtel donc tout s'est arrangé mais ne pouvant pas cuisiner dans les chambres nous avons dû prendre le petit déjeuner sur place à 11.90 euros par tête, c'est un petit déjeuner qui nous a couté cher !!! Abritel nous a ssuré d'un remboursement rapide , nous attendons donc
