Loblolly (original name given home) is a unique and special place to make lasting family memories. Your special vacation home has been featured on the front cover of SPACES (space-coast style and design magazine). Loblolly has been a featured property in the Tropical Trail Spring Bloom Tours over the years. Your vacation home sits directly on the Intercoastal waterway. The property was built in the early 70s and designed to be a peaceful place to retire. Loblolly was purchased from the original family in 2007 and completely reimagined... Evenings at beach fire pit relaxing, watching the sunset while dolphins jump in the background.... enjoying the dock, kids in playground next to you while you sunbath at pool. The pool was designed for kids very large walk in beach area, a family stroll around Loblolly trail- a coquina path that circles the property... just magical.

Great Experience

Amazing property! Owners were great to work with and check in/out process was very easy. Property is well provided with everything needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Games and cooking supplies made stay great. Bedrooms and accommodations were top notch. This is easily a 10 out of 10 and would stay here again.

Fantastic property for multi-family vacation.

We had multiple families visit for our HS seniors spring break. The guest house, studio apartment & cabana allowed for each family to have separate spaces. The pool & hot tub area & dock were perfect for all If our teens to hang out and enjoy the week. The house is stocked with tons of kayaks & other yard games. We had a fantastic week!

Spectacular Large Family Gathering

We had a phenomenal time at this wonderful property. Large family celebration for a week, and there was room to spare. I've rarely come across a property that was so well stocked with available items, kitchen, entertainment,... I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Andrea was incredible to work with and was very helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

The home was as advertised and very well appointed. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, yet laid out in a way where you didn't feel separated... Everything we had a need for was there! The owner was accessible, proactive and helpful in every regard. Thanks for a great vacation!

Thanksgiving Getaway

In short, this property is ridiculously beautiful and very convenient to lots of different activities. Everything you could possibly need is there and ready for use. From cooking in the commercial-grade kitchen to Galaga in the game room to catching fish on the dock, this property has it all and then some. The owners were very helpful and made it feel like a home away from home for us. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Pack Light!

The VRBO advertisement simply does not do this property justice. I cannot say enough positive things about the owner, as they knew the place like the back of their hand and was on top of everything! They were also very helpful with any questions we had about the property or the surrounding area. Loblolly, named as such by the owners, is a destination that continued to give throughout our stay. A relaxing and enjoyable time was had by all. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. You won’t regret it. We would love to stay again! Last note - you probably won’t need half of what you think you will. Pack light! This place has it ALL!

A Retreat To Remember

This estate will leave a lasting impression. We gathered as a family from all across the U.S. and it’s always challenging to find a property that can accommodate our large family that vary in ages and allows enough interest to give everyone something to be happy with. This property is it! The bunk rooms are perfect for the kids and allow for an extra bed for the adult to sleep with them if they get nervous in a new surrounding or are acting up at bedtime!! The game room and pool and jungle gym will keep all age kids busy during the day. The game room has everything! For the adults and older kids the Foley family has you covered. Every kind of water craft (non motorized) is at your disposal. They also offer a fishing rods, yard sports and everything in between. If you love to cook the kitchen is stalked with everything you could possibly think of or need. The family living areas are full of books and history to keep the mind occupied and if you like to BBQ it’s a prime setup. We have traveled the world as a family and have stayed in dozens of rental properties and this sits in our top 10. We will be back.

Best vacation spot in years

Beautiful sunsets, watching dolphins from the dock in the mornings, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub or on the lounge chairs in the sun-- this property is absolutely gorgeous and offered something for everyone in our group of 16 between the ages of 2 and 82. Kids played in the tree house or in the pool or on the beach area. And of course in the game room! We've never had a vacation house that was so relaxing and entertaining at the same time and so comfortable for our large group. We all had our own private spaces but the communal areas were comfortable and large enough for all of us to gather at once for lunch, dinner and game nights. The house had every amenity we could have asked for and was fully stocked with essential supplies. It is close to town for shopping and dining, although we enjoyed the property so much we chose to stay and enjoy meals at the house. Kennedy space center was a little under an hour away and was a great, easy day trip with the kids. Andrea was easy to contact, quick to reply and so gracious and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a hard time leaving and hope to return next year. Highly recommend Loblolly!!!

Fantastic home for family vacation

Andrea was very responsive. Handled requests easily and timely. The house was marvelous and incredibly well equipped. Lots of living spaces as well as collective rooms. The home was very much like a home. Appliances great, lots of tvs, internet good, pool great, hot tub was large. Dock had a lovely sitting area. The whole thing was spectacular

Loblolly

What a great rental. The long driveway through oak trees and spanish moss set the mood. The house and cottages are lovely and equipped with every ammenity possible. The pool is great as is the hot tub. There are hammocks in the spacious back yard and a dock you can walk out on to watch the sunsets. Highly recommended.

We loved this home for every reason imaginable! We decompressed immediately as the house felt homey and serene. We enjoyed staying in most of the time but it was nice to have so much to do nearby. We will definitely look into returning!

The property was amazing! Andrea was responsive to any and all emails about minor details and when we had internet problems she had the cable company out within two hours and got it fixed. I would recommend this property and Andrea to everyone!!!

Private wedding paradise

We booked the property for a small wedding with just family. There were plenty of bedroom and bathrooms spaces for all. The landscaping was so gorgeous and gave some privacy, and the pool and dock were both amazing. We packed some groceries, so there was no reason needed to leave the property, and we didn’t even want to! Angela was absolutely amazing to speak to and we appreciate being able to use the space for such a special day. Our stay was one to remember fondly for a lifetime!

Great place for a large group

We rented Loblolly for a Spring Break trip for 11 kids (ages 14-18) and 7 adults. The property is perfect for this kind of group. It has plenty of space, and we were never cramped. We saw dolphins every day and manatees every other day, sometimes right under the dock. The location is an easy drive to the various beaches, and the Indian River is a great spot for boating. We rented a boat from 321 Boat Rentals and took the kids tubing and fishing one day. The owner was great and provided a lot of very helpful information.

The most wonderful property for family memories

We spent 5 days at this absolute treasure of a home. 3 generations & we had the time of our lives together. My wife & I loved the property so much, I wanted to ask the owner to call me if they ever want to sell. It’s just a magical home, oozing with character & charm. Unpretentiously elegant Old Florida gem! We hope to make many more memories together here in the future —-

Supreme Family Reunion

The owner had told me that we would only need to bring clothes and tooth paste. It was true. The location is fantastic, the space gave the 12 members of our party ample room for privacy or play. The cook / baker in our family had every possible gadget in the spacious kitchen. The bathrooms have toiletries, beach towels also provided. A five star experience!

Fabulous Family celebration

We had a gathering of ages 3 to 71, various levels of swimming ability and athleticism. The homeowner graciously left up the baby gate on the pool. We spotted manatees, dolphins and osprey from the dock and from paddle boards and kayaks, on the more chilly day we headed to the space center. Ocean was minutes away too. Delightful home and the homeowners are kind, helpful and conscientious. VBRO sent old sign in instructions so that caused some heart ache, but the homeowner called proactively and we solved everything. A+++ place for a multigenerational family gathering

Amazing vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Loblolly! It was an amazing house with the perfect location. Our large family loved everything about the house and the incredible hosts. We all had our own space and area to relax while also being able to gather as a family. We were able to enjoy the outdoor area for dinner or even enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock. We saw lots of dolphins from the dock which was amazing. I was even able to book a photographer to take family photos on the dock. We loved our stay and can not wait to come back.

Amazing Week

Our extended family had another amazing week at this beautiful property! Andrea provides everything you need to assure a wonderful vacation. The house and property is perfect for quiet time when everyone is reading near the pool, happy hour on the dock and the beautiful large kitchen is the perfect place to gather in the evening and prepare dinner (and ask trivia questions). When we leave...the first question everyone is asking...when can we return. Thank you, Andrea!
