About this property

This GROUND-FLOOR 2BD/1BA CONDO is centrally located in BEAUTIFUL COCOA BEACH near shopping, nightlife, and attractions making this the perfect vacation rental for a family or two couples. The condo was updated with tile flooring throughout the unit and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher. We have a new a/c unit for more comfort as well. There is a stackable washer and dryer combo in the condo for extra convenience. The living room has a leather furniture set including a new couch, a big screen TV, high-speed internet at 200 Mbps, and much more are all included for your comfort. The unit comes fully stocked with linens, towels, utensils, etc.
The complex has a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball, grilling area, and private beach access for your use. Relax on a beach, listen to the waves, and breathe the wonderful ocean air! Have a great vacation on the Space Coast of Florida.

Florida Fun

We had a wonderful month of warmth in Florida. The area is touristy, close to lots of things. The condo was beachside, not directly on the beach, but average.

Our family loves this area. You can enjoy the beach and many activities to stay fit. Cocoa Beach offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars, so your choices are unlimited.
We love to watch space launches right from the beach here. It is always exciting, no matter how many times you have seen them before.
The wildlife is beautiful. You can see a variety of sea birds, fish, and turtles.

We like this quiet complex centrally located in the middle of Cocoa Beach and local attractions. It is also a couple of blocks from the supermarket, several dining options, and some parks and local attractions.
