Founded by a third generation Charlottean, our mission is to give you an authentic Charlotte experience and offer a range of accommodations including the most-deluxe furnished residences in Charlotte. Welcome home!

We offer discounts for long-term stays, so please ask.

This mid-century building has been updated with a custom abstract mural on the outside, giving the building an artsy and unique touch. The interior of this second floor residence has been completely renovated. Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of natural light in all rooms which is magnified by the modern open layout. The residence is full of artwork by local artist Nico Amortigue, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian.

Kick back, relax, and enjoy a libation and our bountiful welcome package.

In the spacious living room, upholstered furniture provides comfortable seating, a large flatscreen television with both streaming and Hulu Live, and a desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules.

The kitchen features stainless appliances with granite countertops, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The dining area comfortably seats four including all place settings.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and a generous closet, including plenty of clothes hangers and an iron and ironing board.

Our over-sized bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double sink. You will love our heated marble bathroom floor! Included in our amenity package are Nest products.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table, and chairs. This is the perfect spot to have a cookout with your party while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery.

Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood. As soon as you step outside the front door, you are met with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants.

Within a half mile walking distance are more than locally owned 40 restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots, include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. If you are looking for local gems, check out Laurel Market, Not Just Coffee, Bond Street Wines, and Fenwick’s.

On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. Spring through fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings is just around the corner and open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. We are also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute) and the Novant Hospital complex.

The parks and open walking spaces make the area perfect for those with a furry friend. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee. Many of our neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs.

We love hosting guests for both short- or long-term stays. So, whether you are here for business, pleasure, or visiting someone at either Atrium or Novant Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay.

We'll try hard to accommodate almost any special request, and we live less than 2 miles away, so are readily available should something come up. We look forward to hosting you. If this residence is not available for your preferred travel dates, please ask as we have others available in similarly great locations.

A workstation is available for rent during your stay. This includes a two 32” monitors, wireless keyboard, and mouse.

The Neighborhood:

Myers Park is renowned for its stunning tree-lined streets, meticulously landscaped gardens, and exquisite architecture. As you explore the neighborhood, you will be enchanted by the grandeur of the historic homes and the charm of the surroundings. Each step reveals a new layer of beauty making Myers Park a haven for those seeking a luxurious and memorable escape.

Indulge in the vibrant culinary scene of Myers Park, where upscale restaurants, charming cafes, and trendy eateries beckon. From fine dining establishments serving gourmet cuisine to quaint coffee shops offering artisanal delights, the neighborhood presents a plethora of gastronomic experiences to satisfy even the most discerning palate.

For nature enthusiasts, Myers Park boasts enchanting green spaces and parks that provide a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. Take a leisurely stroll through the lush gardens of Wing Haven or immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Freedom Park. These serene oases offer the perfect setting for relaxation, picnics, or a peaceful moment amidst nature's embraces.

Myers Park's prime location grants easy access to Charlotte's most iconic attractions and cultural destinations. The vibrant energy of the city center is just a stone's throw away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local arts scene, explore upscale shopping districts, and enjoy lively entertainment venues. From visiting world-class museums to attending captivating performances, there is no shortage of enriching experiences to be had.

In 1905 John Nolen, a recent Harvard graduate with a master’s in landscape architecture, came to Charlotte to design Myers Park. Nolen’s professor and mentor at Harvard was Fredric Law Olmsted Jr., whose father had designed Central Park in New York and the Biltmore Estate for George Vanderbilt.

Nolen designed a progressive streetcar community where all residents could walk to the streetcar lines and visitors would be able to make a loop through the neighborhood and depart where the main street would join itself. Numerous parks were interspersed along the creeks and low-lying lands.

With its blend of elegance, natural beauty, and proximity to the city's finest offerings, Myers Park is an ideal choice for a refined and memorable experience.

SouthPark Mall (Luis Vuitton, Hermes, Neiman Marcus, etc.) is less than five miles away.

For those with horticultural interests, The Duke Mansion is a short walk, Wing Haven Garden is five minutes away, and the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is a 20–30-minute drive.

The US National Whitewater Center is ~20 minutes away, offering rafting and kayaking on ‘the world’s largest and most complex recirculating artificial whitewater river.’

Getting Around:
The streetcar to Uptown is a 10 minute walk away. Uber/Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters.

Other Things to Note:
We are a dog friendly home, no cats are allowed in the property. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

The residence is located in Myers Park, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home.

Less than two miles from Uptown Charlotte (Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame).
