The ocean view visible from the furnished balcony will definitely inspire a trip down to the shore or two! Inside, you can relax in the comfy furnished living room in central air-conditioning. The semi-open kitchen has full-size appliances and plenty of tools to help you cook delicious meals. There's room to enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar - but it's low enough that you can carry on a conversation with everyone in the living room! Each bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan, but the chic main bedroom also features a desk workspace, a private entrance to the balcony, and a private en suite bathroom. Guests of this condo will also be able to enjoy access to a shared pool, tennis court, pickleball court, and outdoor shower during their stay. Who's ready for the beach?

The beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just four-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just under four-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two-and-a-half miles from this condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
