The living room is set up with comfort in mind with four new overstuffed leather recliners, a new sleeper sofa, and a bookcase featuring many current bestsellers. Guests are now able to stream unlimited Netflix movies from both TVs, so there will be ample entertainment for all to enjoy. When mealtimes come around, the full kitchen has been fully outfitted with new utensils, a new dishwasher, and ample cookware for all of your cooking needs. And, a gas grill is available when you want to keep it a bit more casual. You can even bring the family dog along to join in on the fun!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
