There is no street or sidewalk between you and the water!This 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome is perfect for a family get-together. Located right on the sand and steps to the water.

Imagine waking up in the morning to the sounds of the Pacific Ocean lapping the shore outside your back door, walking down to the beach for a morning swim or jog. No need to rush – the fun is right outside your door! Swimming, surfing, romantic sunset walks on the beach are all waiting for you!

Slide open the door in the main living area and let the cool beach air flow through the home. You will enjoy relaxed, California-style indoor/outdoor living at this home. Add fabulous views, private deck, WIFI, cable TV and other amenities to ensure that everyone is comfortable and happy. There are a total of four smart TVs in this home.

This beachfront home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 8). There are two master suites, each has a California-King bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds and an additional twin sized bed with a trundle.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a nice meal at home, including a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of appliances from crockpots, rice makers to a coffee maker, etc.

There is also a private deck with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ for outside entertaining. As the day closes, enjoy a relaxing evening with family and friends around the fire pit. Sorry, this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The single car garage and the single car space are for economy and standard cars . Oversized cars will have to park for free on the street in front of the house.

Pictures don’t lie. Only small issue is the parking not ideal for a bigger vehicle.

Special Experience

I stayed here with my husband, son and mom. The place was so nice with two master suites. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with equipment. The views of the ocean were truly special. My family really enjoyed the Oceanside community. The beach is close, the restaurants were fun and the people were friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Enjoy!

Perfect Oceanside Location

No beach, but perfect for our family. We were looking for a private location on the ocean where our family could relax, read books and enjoy the sights, sounds and smell of the ocean. We watched dolphins play in the surf, saw various birds and fishing boats.

Wonderful Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean and very welcoming. Decor is exactly as pictured, not just staged and then gutted like many on VRBO. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds are very comfortable and linens are good quality. The location is right on the water. Like all homes steps from the water there is a breakwater, but beach access is only about 100 feet away. At low tide the sandy are is very large. We had a wonderful weekend at this property and would definitely return.
