Newly renovated to fit the Mid-Century Modern style of the era it was built (1952), This getaway will charm even the most design-oriented of guests. Though this is a studio, the Murphy bed allows you to use most of the square footage and the spacious deck will be the perfect place to get a bit of fresh air as you sip a favorite drink in the sunshine! Plus, the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals with ease including a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and oven. Don't hesitate to fire up the private gas grill for cookouts on warmer evenings.

Located eight miles off Highway 95 between Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, Idaho, you will have the perfect mix of seclusion and easy access to the hustle and bustle of Northern Idaho. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area, so spend a day exploring all around Farragut, home of the 1968 Boy Scout Jamboree. You won't need to go far to pick up some quick needs and stock up on groceries, as this home is two blocks up from The Mercantile (local grocery store) on Main Street. A public boat launch is also just two blocks away as well if you want to enjoy a day out on the lake! If you are looking for even more excitement, make your way to Silverwood Theme Park just 11 miles away. If you plan to explore other towns nearby, definitely visit Sandpoint or check out the shopping and restaurants in Couer d’Alene, a much larger city.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

There is space on the property for guests to park their boat or trailer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
