SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This reverse living home features the master and one additional upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms so everyone will be comfortable.

The lower level bedroom is private and set above the street with a large window and good light. The entire lower level is an amazing suite to itself really, with its own laundry, full bathroom, kitchenette for perfect movie nights and a living space with big screen TV. This is the perfect kids hangout or remote working office.

Upstairs is the main living area and it is bathed in natural light being so high up from the street. The master bedroom features a king bed with European style bedding, ensuite master bathroom with heated tile floors, and big walk-in closet with a stacking washer and dryer. The master bedroom also has outside stairs leading down to the salt water hot tub.

The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and small desk/workspace with a window above. This bedroom has a bathroom located just across the hallway. You'll have the same European style bedding as the master and white fluffy towels waiting for you.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Your kitchen is light and bright and perfectly adjacent to a spacious dining area, living room and even the upstairs balcony if you are dining outdoors. Great flow and easy to enjoy this wonderful living area. Your kitchen is fully stocked and includes basic spices and oils. You'll find quartz countertops, hip and modern light fixtures and you'll love cooking on a gas range. All new and modern appliances will make your gourmet dinner a snap. OUTDOORS AND SALT WATER HOT TUB
