Bel Appartement Parisien Près du Trocadéro, Calme et Confortable

Nice apartment of 65 m² in the best of the 16th arrondissement, bourgeois district of Paris 300 metres from the Trocadero and less than a kilometre from the Eiffel Tower.
Family building built in 1898.
300 metres from the famous rue de Passy known for its fashion stores and cinema.
100 metres from a Franprix supermarket.

It is a family apartment (I live there with my 3 children aged 15, 13 and 9). I only rent it during short or long holidays. It is therefore not a "professional activity" and it makes us happy to be able to accommodate people from all over the world.
