⭐ This two-bedroom, two-bath, condo can comfortably accommodate six guests and offers an open floor plan to gather the family! You will enjoy the comforts of home during your stay, including the completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware and dishware. You will love the new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances! You will find a cozy living area, elegant dining table with seating for 6 with additional seating at the countertop bar. The private screened-in porch overlooks the resort courtyard and pool and is perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee.
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed and Smart TV, and if you must work, there is an amazing desk should you need one. The attached, beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower. The inviting guest room offers two full beds and a TV which would be a perfect place for your children to relax after a long and fun in the sun day! The newly updated hall bathroom features a tub/shower combination. For your convenience, you will find a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
⭐ IMPORTANT - ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT ⭐
Please be advised that the Hidden Dunes HOA has scheduled a roof replacement project for all Beach Cottages throughout 2025, with work expected to continue into the fall, weather permitting. Our specific cottage (Unit 152) is tentatively slated for completion sometime between late summer and early fall. These timelines are provided by the HOA and are subject to change. During this project, guests may experience occasional disruptions such as construction noise during daytime hours, contractors working throughout the community, and the temporary presence of tools, dumpsters, and other equipment in common areas. To accommodate this, a construction discount has already been factored into your rate. No additional refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued after a reservation is confirmed or once a stay has begun - no exceptions. If you have any questions or would like the most current status of the project before booking, we encourage you to contact us directly. Our team is happy to provide real-time updates and help you make an informed decision. We truly appreciate your understanding as the community works to complete these important improvements.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring them from home.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Guests are allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved). Parking is available on the north side of the building and along the east side of the parking area next to the pool and grilling area.
COMPLETE LINEN PARTICIPANT
⭐ This home participates in our Complete Clean Linen program — all linens, including comforter covers, are freshly laundered after every guest stay.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES / POOL / GRILL
⭐ There is a community pool and hot tub just a few feet from our condo! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. Community grills are located throughout the property.
BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you can find a beach wagon, beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. Due to heavy use, we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included with the property. If you're interested in renting beach chairs, it is available through White Diamond Beach Service! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will receive after booking.
PERSONAL BEACH SET-UPS
⭐ As per the Hidden Dunes HOA guidelines:
Personal umbrellas and beach setups are not allowed in front of the beach service equipment. Personal umbrellas, tents, chairs, and any other equipment must be removed from the beach daily. Open-air tents (up to 10' x 10') are allowed only in the designated tent section behind the White Diamond setups, between the boardwalks, and based on available space. Each group is limited to one tent. Tents/Canopies are not allowed from Memorial Day through August 15 and Labor Day weekend. Infant and toddler canopies or tents are an exception to this rule. Thank you for your understanding and for helping keep the beach enjoyable for everyone!
SECURITY
⭐ Security cameras are located throughout the grounds for the safety of homeowners and guests.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
REFUNDS

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee).
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
