About this property

The well-maintained house is located in beautiful surroundings near the golf course and Ho Bay. It has an open kitchen-living area with dining area. Kitchen, dining area and wet rooms are tiled, all other rooms are carpeted. The tastefully furnished living area is equipped with a wood pellet stove that spreads pleasant warmth. Large TV package with German channels. In the large pool room, which you can see from the living room, there is a pool, whirlpool and sauna. On both sides of the house there are terraces surrounded by a half wall as a windbreak. An inexpensive heat pump is installed to heat the pool water.

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
