Why they chose this property
The building is an attracting 7-story building, on a major commercial boulevard with streetlights, so lighting at night and security is awesome. The apartments are spacious and well decorated. The ceilings have lovely staff decorations, windows are aluminum and colored glass, and tiles have nice patterns. AC's are in all rooms and living room with 65-inch Tv, and there is a separate dinning area. The living room also has a balcony with a view of the neighborhood ; the Bedroom also has a balcony with backyard views.

All common areas and garden rooftop with kitchen and panoramic views of city, Nsimeyong II / Damas is an upcoming pleasant and safe business district in Yaounde. The building is located right on a major boulevard in Damas, in front of what's popularly known as "Maison Damas". The district has all sorts of businesses and residences in the area: Everything you need or want in one place.The building Chris Complex has free parking in front of the building and at the back. There is also some street parking. Taxis are common and easy to find in front of the building. Chris Complex concierge can also flag a Taxi for tenants or arrange for a private car rental. Public transportation is rare, so transportation via car or bike is available and best.
