About this property
Santa Cruz Lakeside Retreat - 12
A dog-friendly property in a tranquil location very close to all happenings in the area. We are only 3 miles from Bayfront, 5th Ave and 3rd St. 5th runs West for several blocks ending at the Gulf of Mexico. 3rd St ties into it just at the West end. Both 5th Ave and 3rd St are loaded with shopping and restaurants. All roads heading West end at the Gulf and all beaches are open for public use. We are blocks from a Publix Grocery that is in a small mall housing Starbucks, Subway, Aldos (great Italian including pizza), Tacos & Tequila (a very popular Mexican Restaurant) and of course a Subway and the mandatory take out Chinese food.
We have recently built a new heated salt water pool. The pool is private and is only used by our small community of 4 condominiums.
