Stunning home in Labin

This beautiful Mediterranean pool house is located in the quiet village of Presika, surrounded by family houses and villas. It is only a few minutes walk to the old town of Labin with its numerous cultural and historical sights. In front of the house there are gardens with vine and olives and it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful green oasis Prtlog with small stone and pebble beaches. On the ground floor there are bedrooms, WC and a room with soccer table, table tennis and darts. On the 1st floor there is a large kitchen with dining room, bathroom and living area with a terrace in front of it. On the mezzanine there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is ideal for a varied vacation, as the beautiful resort of Rabac with restaurants and the most beautiful beaches of Istria is not far away. Also visit the ancient city of Pula, with the famous amphitheater or the National Park Brijuni. Nearby is a riding club with riding school.

Es war ein hervorragender Urlaub in Labin. Das Haus und besonders die Küche sind super eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und die Lage sehr ruhig. Zwar mangelt es ein wenig an Sichtschutz, da jedoch so gut wie nichts los ist, stört das nicht wirklich. Man ist relativ schnell zu Fuß bei Restaurants und Supermärkten in Labin und mit dem Auto auch sehr schnell am Strand. Ingesamt schöne und gemütliche Villa!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit der großen Familie. Das Haus war gepflegt, ebenso Terrasse, Pool und Aussenbereich. Nach Labin sind es etwa 15 min zu Fuß. Nach Rabac ans Meer etwa 5-6km. Sollte man mit dem Auto zurück legen. Ein toller Urlaub-wir kommen wieder!
