This cute holiday home with pool in traditional Istrian style is located in the small village of Zupanii. It is a ground floor house with an elevated ground floor and consists of a kitchen-living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The outdoor area is surrounded by a well-kept green garden, where you will certainly enjoy pleasant hours of relaxation. The house is located on the local road, from which it is separated by a high hedge. Explore the surrounding area by bike or go for walks in the countryside. The holiday home is suitable for those who want to live away from the crowds but still be close to all the interesting places. The popular coastal town of Rabac is around 15 minutes away by car, with beautiful beaches offering fun activities for the whole family. Try kayaking, windsurfing, stand-up paddling or diving. For day trips, we recommend a boat trip to the island of Cres, where you can explore the Blue Cave. A visit to the old town centre of Labin with its art galleries, which is located above Rabac, is also recommended.
