Spend a relaxing vacation in this beautiful vacation home with pool, located on a large plot surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean plants. Inside you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a small gallery, which is located above the kitchen-living room. Next to the pool, an outdoor kitchen awaits you, where you can spend many social hours with family and friends. For the carefree playing of your children there is a children's play area, which is also located on the property. The village of Kapelica is located near the old town of Labin and is about 15 minutes by car from the popular tourist resort of Rabac. There you will find beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants, as well as the possibility to take boat trips to the surrounding Kvarner islands.

Der große Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren und Urlaub machen.

Sehr schönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus mit Pool. Für Familien mit Kindern optimal. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das einzige was gestört hat, waren die Mücken.
