This house is located in the village of Sumici in the Biokovo mountain range. The stone walls of this house give it a very special rustic atmosphere. The two living units of the house can be entered through separate entrances from the terrace. Bedroom 1 goes over 2 floors and has, besides an entrance from the terrace, a steep interior staircase. On the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view while having your morning coffee. The popular place Makarska offers beautiful beaches, cozy restaurants and many tourist activities. During the late autumn months, the owner invites you to be part of the olive harvest. The parking lot is 50 meters away.
