Amazing house near beach in Boca

This place was perfect for our family spring break getaway! The house and host exceeded our expectations. Very roomy three bedroom home with a wonderful private courtyard and you everything you'd need during the stay. Perfect for vacation or locals needing extra space for visitors. Separate office with Very Fast internet if you need a place to work during vacation. It was only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach from the front door. Plenty of parking Great location between Palmetto and Spanish River bridges. We walked to downtown Boca multiple times to eat/shop. If you want to stay in Boca near the beach, book this house now! Denise was very friendly and an excellent & quick communicator. Zero issues. 100% satisfied. Would definitely stay here again. Can't wait for an opportunity to return.

Holiday home

This whole experience has been fabulous from start to finish. The house is gorgeous, clean and has everything you could need. Right by the beach and restaurants, it is great. Our host was delightful and so helpful. We will be back next year!
