Fenced, shared property with lawn and olive trees (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol). Simple but complete furnishings. Distances: Montecatini Terme 4.5 km (swimming pool, tennis court, horse racing track and elegant stores). Grocery stores 3.2 km, Lucca 29 km, Florence 45 km, the beaches of Versilia 55 km. The last part of the gravel road to the accommodation is not suitable for low sports cars.

schönes Objekt mit kleinen Mängeln

schönes großes Haus mit Garten und Terrasse, ruhiger Lage in den Hängen oberhalb von Montecatini Terme. Das Objekt verfügt über große Schlafräume und Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss, wobei wir die im Sommer gar nicht genutzt haben, da es unten kühler ist. Leider war das Objekt bei Bezug nicht sauber, so dass wir zB den Kühlschrank erstmal putzen mussten. Bad und Küche gehören dringend renoviert (keine Halterung für Duschbrause, Badewanne und Spüle hatten Lackabplatzer, Silikonfugen verschimmelt). Die Deko und Ausstattung sind Geschmacksache. Auf den Bilder erscheint einem das Haus abgelegener zu sein, es liegt jedoch genau oberhalb von Montecatini Terme, daher sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc in der Nähe, man kann mit dem Fahrrad Brötchen holen (Achtung steiler Rückweg), aber man hört auch nachts die Parties der Stadt. Wer abgeschieden in der Toskana sein will sollte etwas anderes suchen, da auch die Aussicht auf die Stadt fällt. Haus hat überall Steinboden, was schön kühl im Sommer ist, für das robbende Baby war es jedoch nicht ganz optimal. Im Haus ist noch eine zweite Wohnung von Einheimischen, was jedoch nicht stört, da ein Vorhang die beiden Gartenhälften trennt. Küche ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend, die Küchenausstattung ist o,k,

Kleinod mit kleinen und größeren Mängeln

Wunderschön ist das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung! Auch die Einrichtung zeugt von Geschmack, der Blick ist einfach unglaublich schön, auch bei Nacht! Allerdings wurde schon länger nicht mehr alles auf dem Stand gehalten, es fehlten Glühbirnen, Verlängerungskabel und für die Anzahl der Personen gab es viel zu wenig Besteck und Gläser. Einige Matratzen sind ziemlich durchgelegen und die Müllabgabe ist nicht geregelt! Größtes Manko ist die nicht funktionierenende Heizung, dessen Thermostat in der Nachbarwohnung ist, so dass es entweder viel zu heiß war oder es gar nicht funktionierte. Wir haben in einer Woche nur 3 Nächte und sinnloserweise 3 Tage Heizung gehabt, was uns Kosten von 125€ bereitet hat! An drei Nächten mussten wir extrem frieren! Dieses Haus ist daher überhaupt nicht winterfest und die Heizung kann nicht reguliert werden, was eigentlich keine funktionierende Heizung ist (wir konnten sie weder an noch ausstellen)! Wir hatten Nebenkosten von über 200€ für eine Woche. Daher würde ich das Haus nur in den Sommermonaten empfehlen! Dann ist es wirklich wunderbar!

Cadre agréable bonne situation mais équipement insuffisant pour 4 personnes donné pour 6

Maison très bien située, au calme en pleine nature. Le voisinage très agréable "bon guide". L'équipement de la maison n'est pas suffisant : 4 cuillères, 4 couteaux, 4 verres et 2 verres à vin. Le gîte est donné pour 6 personnes et il est surtout équipé d'un lave vaisselle (donc plusieurs repas sans nettoyage). Propriétaire angoissée, particulier. Quelques travaux d'entretien et amélioration à prévoir (luminaire, interrupteur...). Table à l'extérieur trop petite.

...ein Traum! :)

Es war einfach wunderschön - stilvolle, grosszügige Wohnung (Platz ohne Ende) - nette und hilfreiche Betreuung vor Ort - Sonne und Traum-Ausblick vom frühen Morgen bis zum Abend. Inventar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen (gebrechliche Klappstühle) aber alles tipp-topp sauber. TV nicht probiert, wird aber mangels Antenne kaum funktionieren :) Anreise: Achtung - es gibt diese Strasse 2x (Luftlinie ca. 1000 m). Navi findet nicht unbedingt richtige Adresse. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
