This house, located in Bégadan, is ideal for 8 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 April to 31 October, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a CD player, a Hi-Fi, a radio and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds and a double bed The 4 bathrooms are fitted with a shower.
The house features ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 8 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.2 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
