Pretty new wooden house! she will charm you with her modern and Scandinavian side! in the middle of the pines but in the center of a beautiful little village (market in summer and various animations)
You are 10 km from the ocean, Lake Hourtin and Chateaux du Médoc! Shops are nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, skate park)! and you have many bike paths! 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 3 bathrooms! a big room to live! and a large upstairs play area for kids! a large terrace all around the house (all south and north) and a large green area to play football, petanque ... The ideal home for 1 to 3 families !!And the novelty of this summer is the pool !!!! the photos arrive in april may !! a heated swimming pool for all the family of 8X4 m. See you soon!

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht . Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ! Der Pool ist traumhaft und wurde auch gut gepflegt, jede Woche kam jemand und hat sich darum gekümmert. Zum schönen Strand nach Pin Sec sind es 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Emplacement à l'écart de la route, au calme. Proche de toutes commodités et de la plage (10min en voiture). Le logement est super agréable en famille avec 4 enfants et 6 adultes. Nous avons passé un super wkd.

Belle maison au calme, loin de tout

Bonne vacance dans belle et grande maison. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des bons moments en famille et amis, la piscine au top ainsi que le bar a côté de la piscine. Au calme en arrière de la rue, et village isolé, seul petit bémol concernant la localisation devoir utiliser la voiture pour a peu près tout excepté du pain et encore…(15 min de route vers le plus proche supermarché) Concernant le logement, la maison est spacieuse et bien équipée mais la literie laisse a désirer et nous etions content de retrouver nos matelas une fois rentré. Le jardin et la piscine sont agréables mais malheureusement pour nous une fois la nuit tombée et la terrasse illuminée nous avions beaucoup de moustiques et frelons ce qui mettait fin a nos parties de carte en profitant de la chaleur de soirée. En bref un bon séjour au calme, une climatisation ou des moustiquaires ainsi qu’une meilleure literie l’aurait rendu parfait.

On s'y sent bien de 4 mois à 64 ans

Belle et grande maison ( plus grande que sur la photo) en bois et à l'orée d'un petit bois donc fraiche malgré la canicule. Très pratique et fonctionnelle pour passer des vacances en famille, Piscine chaude et suffisamment grande pour que chacun en profite. Accueil très convivial et sympathique, sans stress Caroline, Fabrice et ses parents sont super sympas. Tous petits et grands ( de 4 mois à 64 ans) sont unanimes pour donner un 10 à cette location. Et on a l'habitude des locations en famille.

Super Wohlfühlurlaub

Tolles Objekt, tolle Vermieter - eher besser als beschrieben. Wir waren 8 Personen. Das Haus war nie zu klein. Highlight ist der beheizte Pool. Wir hatten aktive Schwimmer dabei, die den Pool teilweise erst nach Stunden verließen. Trotz gut erreichbaren Stränden wurden abundzu Pooltage eingelegt. Alles in allem: wunderbar. Eine Wiederholung ist angedacht.

Super Haus für zwei Familien

Sehr schönes Haus für uns (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern). Viel Platz drinnen und draussen. Meer und See innerhalb von knapp 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Kleiner Laden um die Ecke, nächster Supermarkt in Hourtin. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an diesen Urlaub!
