Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 13 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
A high chair is available on request. From october to april, the heating will be paid on site.
