Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Electricity is included only for 8kw/day, bbeyond that, your consumption will generate additional costs to be paid on site. The heating is provided by a pellet stove. to use it, you will need to pay for the bags.
