GOLF COURSE BY THE SEA #2 - TOP FLOOR EDITION is located in the Mira Vista Condo Community directly on the Quail Run Golf Course.

The condo's prime, central Naples location is located just a few miles from the beach! Live your best life, morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pristine golf course. Play a round of Golf late morning, head to the beach in the afternoon, enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer on that screened-in balcony, with views of the evening sunset.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 4th floor (top floor in an elevator building, no one above you) light, and bright condo is in the process of extensive remodeling updates
The condo's prime location is within walking distance to Publix, Target many restaurants, and more!

The monthly base rental rate includes full electric, cable, high-speed internet (wifi), water, sewer and trash.

Be one of the first to enjoy this gem of a condo home that is owned and managed by a highly experienced vacation rental manager who sincerely cares that you have a most wonderful stay! The owner is also a long-time local Realtor and is available / lives locally (not a long-distance property owner) and available should you need her at any time during your stay.

Apartment was perfect for our 3 months stay. Clean, well equipped, peaceful and located close to stores, restaurants and bars, which are all walkable. Beach is only a bike ride away and the pool is well maintained, heated and big enough for those who want to swim lengths. Michele is very approachable and responded immediately to resolve a couple of niggles which arose. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.

I was showing a condo in this building to a client/buyer and I personally fell in love the moment I stepped inside the condo. I purchased the condo (Golf Course By The Sea #1) as it has such a unique floor plan. I have gone on to purchase THIS - second condo (Golf Course By The Sea #2 - Top Floor Addition) in the same building as the community location ON the Golf Course and NEAR the beach has made it a much-loved vacation rental for everyone who has stayed!

What makes this property unique

The large screened in private lanai looking out at the beautiful golf course is so tranquil and peaceful. I also love this central Naples location that this condo community provides. Clam Pass Beach is just a few miles along with Waterside shops, grocery stores, movie theater, and shops galore.
