Family getaway For Christmas!

We had no problem with renting the cabin. The first night the lights went out for over 2 hours it was really cold. The oven was not clean. The cable was off for a day.

Mountaintop Mansion

The house was amazing. There are some small issues, but nothing that affected our stay other than checkin. We had 23 people including infants and toddlers and the house was not ready at 4pm. We had to sit in the office parking lot until 5pm to get in the house. It was a real nightmare with all the little kids getting tired. We had let them know we needed to get in at 4pm and the house was not rented for several days before our stay. They just ignored that and cleaned it on the day of our arrival. Since it was a 9 bedroom house it took all day, but that should have been done the day or two before our arrival. Hard to pay $6000 for three nights and not even be able to get in the house on time. Great house, wonderful view, etc. We would rent it again, but get to someone in charge before we come and insist it be ready at 4pm.

Not worth the money!!!

Can’t fit everything here, but I’ll hit main points…dual ovens and when turning either one on the breaker kept blowing so could only use one and we had over 30 people we were cooking for! Call office within a few hours of arrival to notify and it never got fixed! Made several calls with same response to look into and call me back but never did! Large hot tub had no water and took 24 hours for service to come and about three hours for two people to find out it was a flipped breaker and then fill it up all for it to all leak out in less than 8 hours! (Was never fixed) Toilet seat lid on our toilet very loose and practically coming off when you used it, a tv remote and tv in one room didn’t work, a bath tub was super slow to drain, cabinet panel in bar just fell off when I leaned against it to use the sink, bar stool about to fall apart, several deck rocker chairs had broken legs, the “dual” full size side by side refrigerators were in such a tight opening that the left door on one of them couldn’t open even 1/3 because it was hitting other refrigerator…and there is more I assure you! Sent email with list to the company managing at around check out and 10+ hours and still no response! This is a multi-million dollar home and I’d have rather stayed at any motel with a kitchenette and had less problems! And I rented this 3 day and 3 night for my only daughters first wedding…now life long memories tainted with this terrible frustration!!!

Check in process wasn’t the best. Waited a few hours to check in only because they said I neglected to send some information that I did. A phone call or a text would have been appropriate to let me know if that was the case. Hot tubs never worked. Cabinets were missed fronts and shelving was falling inside cabinets. Door handle came off door. I can see where this had been a great cabin and still could be but maintenance isn’t keeping place up to par. I spent too much money for a mediocore cabin after all is said.
