To start off, pulling up to the cabin there is caution tape on both sides of the balcony.. very appeasing to the visitors eye. As you enter you are greeted by a toilet that leaks. The top level had no toilet seat, that was a visit from the maintenance. A third visit was because we had 1 remote control for all of the televisions in the cabin, a ceiling fan that didn’t work, and a leak in both the kitchen sink and bottom level bathroom. An early morning sound of a shop vac is great with a Mountain View. A cabin that sleeps 10, came with 3 towels, no sponge, the cabin had an aroma of cat pee, mold and fur in the rugs. A dust pan with no broom, we placed several phone calls to front desk and never once received any calls back. We sent out text messages, never got any replies. For someone with such particular check out instructions, we found pots and pans put away that were dirty from the previous guests. It seemed as if the more things broke the more they just added, we had 3 coffee pots, one of which leaked water all over instead of holding water to brew coffee. The water from the kitchen sink sprayed everywhere, and you knew it wasn’t a new leak because the wood was rotten and ruined, it leaked through the floor into the theatre room. The hot tub never went above 87 degrees, all in all this was one of the worst stays I have ever had. There were holes in the stairs, cockroaches came out from drawers. I have photos and videos of it all.

Beautiful Location and Views
Pros- the views were AMAZING . Close to town, close to the National Park. Very Spacious, and I loved having three master suites ! We stayed with another couple and 5 kids under the age of 8. The decks and windows were so nice ! The gym was nice but could definitely use some free weights in there . The pool looked very nice but we went in winter so it’s closed.
Cons- the couches were very dirty, the rugs were worn, had multiple maintenance issues with the hot tub not working, refrigerator was leaking, Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the tvs would randomly not turn on but the maintenance workers were there and fixed everything , very helpful! The kitchen was bare minimum for cooking supplies. They had a lot of gadgets but no starter seasonings , matches for the grill, paper or plastic products and no cooking oil of any type. Plan to buy a lot of essentials for cooking. The movie room had very outdated equipment and the chairs were pretty uncomfortable but it was still very cute. The bedrooms only provide one very thin blanket so if you get cold make sure you bring blankets. The dryer took about 6 cycles to dry our clothes. Other than that, the place was nice and I would stay again. Great price for what you get!
I loved this place. The only thing I would have liked better if they had a bedroom on first floor. My husband has bad knees and that was a little challenging for him. But this place was awesome. It was real close to downtown Gatlinburg but not noisy at all..
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. We got to dip in the jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the hills and tree tops. Ordered out from multiple restaurants that delivered locally. Saw a black bear roaming around the back of the house. All in all, we were satisfied. We will return back some day, than you!
