This completely remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located at the base of Lift 7, in Telluride town, just steps from the river trail. Large picture windows highlight mountainside views including the ski runs in the winter. Two shared decks off the living room and master bedroom provide plenty of outdoor space for an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. During the summer and winter months, you won't need to use your car once you have arrived. This ski in, ski out residence offers seamless ski access in the winter months. During the summer, all of the shops, restaurants and Telluride Town Park can be accessed in foot within 10 minutes. This property is just 3 minutes walk from Clark's grocery store.

The Cimarron Lodge complex offers a locked, heated parking garage with space for one vehicle per unit. Please note the parking height clearance is 6'8".

Spring Break 2024

Great location to lift 7 and to downtown area. Very comfortable accommodations and nicely stocked kitchen. Very clean and freshly remodeled!

Telluride Ski Week 2024

The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was spotless when we entered. The unit looks to have been recently updated. Kitchen Aide appliances and kitchen well appointed. Everything we needed. Smart TVs. Location,location,location!! Down the steps, grab skis from provided locker and SHORT walk to Lift 7 At end of day ski directly down to Cimarron Lodge. There are steps but with locker no need to haul skis up and down. Steps were a non issue. Management company was very responsive to a requests and questions. We had trouble initially opening ski locker and a representative was there in 10 minutes (on Super Bowl Sunday) to resolve the issue. Parking garage was convenient for our rental car. Really no need for a car, short walk to grocery store and downtown for shops, restaurants and gondola to Mountain Village. Town Loop bus will also take you to and from. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Telluride.

Summer in Telluride

The condo is beautiful, well kept, and clean. Directions were easy to follow. Listening to the river at night is wonderful!

Fun times!

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Lift 7. It would be even better if there was an intermediate run you could take down to Lift 7. The expert runs needed snow and Telluride Trail gets a little tedious. Accommodations were excellent. Very well kept and kitchen is well-equipped. Thanks!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
