Tucked in off of Pennsylvania Avenue you will find this gem of a cottage. Duck Crossing offers five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms within the spacious open floor-plan home. Central air conditioning on the main level and in the one bedroom on the second floor for those warm days, and a gas fireplace for the chilly nights are amongst the many great features of this cozy getaway!
You enter the first floor through an entrance way that opens up to a dining room with bench seats and a sitting area. The enclosed porch features copper ceilings and comfortable lounge furniture to relax and additional dining area to enjoy the woodland views. To the left end of the home there is an additional dining area, a living room with a large flat screen television, a full kitchen, and a half bath with an adjacent laundry room. The first floor also expands to the right side of the cottage where you'll find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, large walk in closet, and private bathroom with steam shower. Attached to the master bathroom there's a loft offering three sets of bunk beds with trundles.
The second floor boasts three additional bedrooms; the first bedroom with full bed plus a large walk-in closet, the second bedroom has a full bed and third bedroom has a queen size bed and both have access to the private deck. A bathroom with a tub/shower combo completes the upstairs.
Duck Crossing sleeps up to sixteen. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are not permitted. Wifi available, internet is not guaranteed. Propane fireplace. Generator.
Rental rate is $3,250.00 (cleaning included) plus PA Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Occupancy Tax for a 6 night rental.
