Spacious, open 3 bedroom, 2 baths and huge sunroom overlooking beautiful Lake Murray! You'll love the fully stocked large kitchen and dining room with room for everyone. The 1+ acre lot provides plenty of parking and room for yard games while you BBQ on the back deck. The long pier dock can accommodate multiple boats or PWC's. This perfect get-a-way spot offers privacy with the rural location but minutes to downtown Chapin.
