The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, a CD player, a radio and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the balcony, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet and a shower, and 1 including 3 single beds and a private bathroom with toilet and a shower,A separate toilet is available.
The house features a vacuum cleaner, a desk, mosquito nets, a washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 120 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
