Recently restored cottage on 2 levels .At the ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom, 3 with 140 beds and 1 with 2 beds of 90. 2 Separate toilets.
Outside covered barbecue accompanied by a table and chairs for 10 people.
This pretty typical Perigord stone house, independent, is located 8 km from Sarlat, 4 km from Carlux, enjoy lunch in the shade of the courtyard .. Enjoy the comfort and quiet of the place, while a few miles from Sarlat and therefore major sites (Domme, LA ROQUE GAGEAC, Lascaux, Rocamadour, PADIRAC ......) and various activities offered on Perigord.
If you love beautiful gardens, you can, for example, in the immediate vicinity, from visiting Cadiot Gardens, the gardens of Eyrignac, Marqueyssac thegardens, water gardens of Carsac ....

Propriétaire très arrangeant et très sympathique. Logement conforme et très bien équipé. Chambres et salles de bains spacieux. Logement très bien situé pour faire des visites. Pourriez-vous mettre au minimum un jeu de cartes pour les jours pluvieux. Nous conseillons cette location et toutes autres locations avec ces propriétaires

Une semaine en Dordogne pour découvrir la région entre balades (petites à cause de la chaleur) et baignades dans la Dordogne et dans un plan d'eau proche. Gite très agréable avec tout le confort, frais quand il faisait trop chaud à l'extérieur et convivial pour les repas dans la cour le reste du temps. Hôtesse accueillante et à l'écoute. Un beau séjour.

Une belle et grande maison, agréable !

Nous avons séjourné le temps d'un week end dans cette maison afin d'être à proximité de la fête de la truffe et du foie gras à Sarlat et avons apprécié les grands volumes qu'offre cette maison. A l'extérieur, vue sur les prés givrés du mois de janvier. Nous recommandons.
