The house features air conditioning, a washing machine, a dressing room, ironing equipment, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 70 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 12 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.3 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 50€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
Electricity consumption in winter will have to be paid for on site. excessive consumption will result in additional charges to be paid on site.
