Nice home with access to Downtown

We came to see a show at the BOK Center (moved to Tulsa Performing Arts Center, but that is a other story). Great location for restaurants, shopping and our show

We get together every year for our mom’s birthday. We try to go someplace different every year where we have things to do and can all be together. Staying at Victory Properties was the perfect place to do that. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we needed something or had questions. We would gladly stay here the next time we are in town. Thanks for everything! K. B.

Thank you so much for sharing this, K.B.! I’m so glad our place could be part of your mom’s birthday tradition - that means a lot. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and I’m happy to hear the home worked perfectly for your gathering. You’re always welcome back anytime, and we’d love to host you again on your next celebration!

Everything u need! Clean and comfortable and easily accessible!

I came in to attend a National Agility Competition at the Expo Equestrian Center. This home was only minutes away from the center plus great restaurants!! It has a small fenced in backyard for the dogs which was great. Everything I needed for my stay. Clean and the bed was comfortable. There is traffic noise but was covered up with my sound machine.

Cozy

My only negative comment is the location is on a busy road right next to the freeway. Can't do anything about that. Lily, the host was easy to get in touch with. Price was spot on.

The house smelled like old cheese, and it was very dusty. The rugs are very used. In the master restroom, there's no curtain or blinds on the window so, I taped a towel to the window. In the second restroom, after a shower it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. I asked the host about smoking cigars, and she said yes but on the patio. The patio was a joke. In the den, the sofa (sectional) had three decent seats. The cords from the TV in the den just hanging in from the fireplace. The driveway is on the back side of the house. I parked my motorcycle on the sidewalk because the driveway was not in good shape. The kitchen was the best part of the house and well lit. The house needs painting. The air vents, transition pieces, lights in the closet and the covers for the beds all need attention. Just to name a few :(

Pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was great, could have been cleaner though. It was a little dusty, hair in bathroom and tub.

Convenient location

Disappointed with a few things. Saw mice in the house scurrying from place to place. Saw a dead mouse on a mouse trap. Had 3 towels total for a 5 night stay with up to 6 people. Storage drawers in master bed had no screws and wouldn’t open/close properly

Modern, clean, quiet stay

Great location. Excellent communication with host. House had everything we needed and more! 2 reasons for 4 star. Parking is at the garage but no easy access(lacks decent walkway) to the keyed front entry. The bedrooms could use a luggage rack or dresser. Bedrooms had only night stands, nowhere to set your clothes. Other suggestion for safety is the cords to the TVs. Young children or dogs could easily make this a hazard. Adding a few more touches would earn a solid 5 stars. Overall very happy with this home. en

Tulsa Stay

The home was great! Loved the location. The only issue was the master bedroom’s master bathroom. It did have a clogged sink and shower. Helped out by purchasing drain cleaner. It only worked for sink. The kitchen cabinet underneath the stove was broken due to missing fasteners. I purchased some and repaired myself. Just got antes to help as I’m an aircraft technician by trade.

OK - wouldn't stay here again.

Pros: The property was conveniently located for what we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable and definitely appreciated having two bathrooms. Cons: The kitchen was dirty, crumbs on the counter and dried spilled food on the cabinet doors. The traffic was loud because of the single pane windows. It had multiple broken outlet covers. The heater broke the second night we were there and couldn't be fixed that night. We were compensated for the base rate of that night's stay but still had to pay over 25 in taxes for that second night's stay. Could be a nice property but it needs some TLC.

Communication was a problem. No hair dryer at the property as in listing. When I notified property manager, she offered to have one sent over. I didn’t hear from her so we bought one. Instructions were to take out the trash before we left but no trash bin outside. There were a couple by the street but wasn’t sure if they belonged to the unit or not.

Work stay very disappointed

The pictures of this property looked great. Some reviews mentioned the highway noise and they were spot on but that didn’t bother us. The pictures are very misleading of this property. House is very run down and that was apparent. That wouldn’t have bothered us so much had it been cleaned. Hair in showers, dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower curtain, hair and dust all over bathroom. It was very disappointing.
