The grounds are well maintain, with Koi fish ponds swimming pool, and guest cabana for parties. The apartment is clean, comfortable and great view, it is located next to the downtown, easier to travel everywhere. Will definitely stay here when we come back.

Great little spot in Hilo

Wonderful stay at this condo. Clean and conveniently located. Everything we needed as a homebase to explore Hilo for a few days. Would stay here again!

Lovely place near the centre

Thanks for a lovely stay. In such a spread-out town as Hilo it was great to be staying somewhere that was a 5min walk to the beach and 15min walk to the shops.

The owner was adorable. We were close to everything and loved the pool. We did wish we could have gotten more than 1 channel on the TV, but it is Hawaii and we were hardly there. We would absolutely stay there again.

The bathrooms could use a little updating but overall it was a very good and spacious unit. Every place we needed to go to was close by so I really loved the location. The host was very responsive.
