This house, located in Chouzy sur Cisse, is ideal for 2 vacationers. It offers a bedroom, a shared pool from 01 May to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a Hi-Fi, a radio and an iPod docking station.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The house features air conditionning, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan and a jacuzzi.
Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 45 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.83 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
