This villa, located in Richerenches, is ideal for 30 vacationers. It offers 8 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 May to 30 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 30 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 8 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including 2 double beds, 2 including a double bed, 1 including 2 single beds, 1 including 2 single beds and a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds and 5 double beds, The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features central heating, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine.
Note that bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 280 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
There is a plancha available. For check-in, the arrival time must be agreed with the owner.
