I’ll get right to the point. When we pulled out one of the sofa sleepers the sheet had what looked like Cheeto dust and cookie crumbs all over it.There’s no way housekeeping thought that was clean.Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The upstairs shower had hair in it.The refrigerator was dirty and the drawers’ plastic handles were broken off and had sharp edges. We also noticed the downstairs was freezing and the upstairs was roasting, so we checked the thermostats and saw it was about 80 upstairs even though the AC unit was set at 71.We called for maintenance who told me they’d be there in 2-4 hours (I had to call several times during our week stay and everything takes 2-4 hours to address). So I stayed up late waiting for them and finally went to bed at midnight without hearing anything. This all happened Day 1.Two people sleeping downstairs had asthma and had to use their inhalers and came upstairs about sunrise because it was so cold downstairs.Concerned for the asthmatic family members,I called maintenance again and they said 2-4 hrs. Then the satellite on the TV went out so we didn’t have TV.4 hrs later the maintenance man showed up,who spoke very little English, who said the unit wasn’t big enough to cool both floors.Due to having asthmatic guests, we called the manager who said he’d move us to another cabin by nighttime but then ghosted us the rest of the week. That was day 2.The TV was out for 3 days because of trouble with the line.Lots of $ for terrible lodging/guest care

Clean but so outdated!
First let me start with the positives: The cabin was very clean. You could smell clorox as soon as you opened the fridge. So clean! The location was FABULOUS! So close to everything, none of the scary mountain roads. Now on to the negatives: the check in process was kind of odd, I uploaded my Id 3 times on the website but they couldn’t see it so I had to call and email it. I also had to call and verify everything by phone. No one gave us an address to put in the gps so I also had to email for that. The cabin was VERY outdated, old furniture, old beds, everything was extremely worn out and scuffed and scratched. The master bed was literally the loudest bed I’ve ever heard in my life. When you turn over in bed it wakes up everyone in the house. The kitchen has 1 pot and 1 pan and that is it. No cooking utensils or anything. There was no outside garbage cans so you have to collect your garbage for your entire stay in the cabin with you. The wifi didn’t work at all the entire stay so we had to watch basic cable the whole time. Then the bedroom has no cable and again no wifi so you can’t watch tv in the bedroom. Lastly they don’t decorate for Christmas AT ALL! Literally nothing. We stayed for 12/22-12/26 and have 3 children that were all so sad to spend Christmas morning in this cabin. So we had to run to Walmart the day before Christmas to buy a tree to put up. Now I understand that not everyone decorates for Christmas but I feel like that should’ve been in the description when you’re staying there in December so you could bring stuff from home. Lastly the view from the balcony is a very loud busy road. It is definitely not a beautiful Mountain View which is why you see a pic from the side on the website. You can hear traffic all day and night. We will not stay here again.
