A lovely place

Uncomfortable, Cockroaches, Bad service

The room is exposed to the elements because the top 3 feet of every wall is screen. So the noise, dew, smoke, wind all come right into the bedroom. For that reason it’s very damp inside at night. The bathroom wall is just steel bars from ground to ceiling. That’s how many of the bugs came in. There were roaches everyday and constant streams of ants through the room. After complaining for 2 days about the bugs we were left a can of bug spray to try to manage it. So we didn’t have to use a shoe after that. The people on the property next door played loud music and, no joke, porn right outside our wall until early in the morning every night. They might be the residents of that house because it was not a rental. Also, someone nearby had campfires so the smoke came right in through the screen walls. All in all this was not what images and description had us expecting and management was not responsive or caring. Stay somewhere else with walls, no roaches, and AC instead. Coming back to this room each day seriously lowered the enjoyment of our vacation.
