Elegant, spacious, family-friendly, modern, bright, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my flat is located halfway between the Marais, Beaubourg, Rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and trendy boutiques. Close to the most emblematic places in Paris and easily accessible, my flat is ideal for a successful stay with family or friends.

109m2 flat with 11m2 terrace on the 5th floor (no lift) including :

- 1 large living room with TV, 2 sofas and access to the terrace
1 dining room
- 1 fully-equipped separate kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 of which is a mezzanine bed
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet
- 1 shower room with shower and toilet
- 1 terrace with table and chairs for meals

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
