Outside, swim a couple of laps in the large private pool and then soak your muscles in the hot tub. You can also shoot some hoops at the basketball goal or enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic tables. Inside, a large game room features a pool table and a wet bar for hours of fun. There are also three bedrooms on the bottom level. Rest easy in a nice Queen Master with an attached full bathroom. A Full Hall Bathroom is shared by one bedroom featuring 2 sets of Bunk Beds and a bedroom with 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed set making it the perfect place for the kids to sleep.

The main entrance to the home is on the second level. The foyer features a small sitting area that offers a quiet place to read your favorite book. You'll sleep the night away in one of the three bedrooms on this level. Choose between 2 Master King Suites, each with an Attached Full Bathroom and porch access. The final bedroom features a comfortable King Bed and has an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The large covered porch is perfect for those who want to soak up the breeze but stay out of the sun and you'll love the hammock-style porch swing!

As you come upstairs, you will be greeted by large, bright open windows and lots of nautical décor. Enjoy a movie or your favorite show on a rainy day in the living area with a large flat-screen TV. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing your favorite dish and comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and any equipment you might need to cook a masterpiece.
