Kuhlmann Haus is a beautiful large country farmhouse. The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which gives you plenty of room for your weekend or longer getaway. If you wish to cook a meal during your visit, the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Step out back and enjoy sitting around the fire pit or take a dip in the relaxing hot tub. Although Kuhlmann Haus has been updated, it still has the warm country feel of a time long ago.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a split level home. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are downstairs.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Farm Haus and Willie Haus

Our family came for a 2 night stay and had an amazing time at these 2 houses. We encountered an unexpected issue when we came in, so I called Charlotte and she responded immediately and resolved the issue. These 2 houses were immaculate and we couldn't have asked for better service. Great place to stay and I would book again in the future.

Perfect getaway. Location is ideal. The house is delightful. Four specious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Loved the rockers and porch swing for sitting in the late afternoon. The host was very accommodating. Well stocked with all of the comforts of home.

Our sisters really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described and in a great location. Everything was so clean and spacious. We each had our own big bedrooms and the beds were very small comfy. We loved spending time in the pretty backyard visiting. Communication was very easy. We absolutely loved this house and would come back. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We loved our stay!

Cozy, clean and so close to everything! The hosts were great and responded quickly. Only down fall is it only has two parking spots so other two vehicles had to park on the street! But we would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and comfortable and adequate for our group of 7. It was close to downtown, as well as Starbucks and Walmart, so very convenient. Only downside was the street was quite busy during the day, though quiet at night.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed. Even though we didn’t need anything, they provided a number that we could text if needed, that was comforting! About a 5 min drive to Main st. Wonderful time with friends!
